• Clean out fridge and freezer
• Wipe down inside and outside of fridge and freezer
• Clean in and out of microwave
• Clean out cabinets and drawers of previous guest items
• Take out trash and replace trash bags
• Replace soap or any other requested items
• Normal clean mentioned in our maintenance cleaning list
• Provide any other special requests

• Remove and wash used hand towels, wash cloths, and towels
• Restock soap and toilet paper
• Check drawer s and remove previous guest items
• Check shower and/or tub and remove previous guest items
• Normal clean mentioned in our maintenance cleaning list
• Provide any other special requests

• Strip linens and pillow cases
• Wash linens and pillow cases
• Make all beds
• Fluff pillows to look nice
• Provide each bed with towel, hand towel, and wash cloth
• Check drawers and remove previous guest items
• Normal clean mentioned in our maintenance cleaning list
• Provide any other special requests 

We clean every other living space top to bottom using our maintenance cleaning method. Including any special requests that you would like done for your rental.
